I booked with the director for a cut and thought her advice was great for what I was looking for. I thought the salon felt really busy and despite the price of my entire package, including colour and curly blow dry, it just felt a bit rushed for the price. Or possibly just that not a huge amount of time was spent explaining the diffusing process, I had to ask quite a few questions - I thought I might get more offering of professional advice about curly hair, specifically mine and why certain products would suit it etc. I also didn’t have the director check the cut at the end which was disappointing as I would’ve considered a side fringe to be cut in but the lady checking it just suggested I do it next time with no real explanation as to why they wouldn’t. Just seemed a disappointing end to the cut.

I could barely hear my stylist (which is understandable as hair dryers etc make noise), but I didn’t catch half of what he said.I felt rushed, especially in the end. The stylist did show me the products, but it was quick so I couldn’t remember them. As my hair felt so soft after, I would have liked to purchase some products in the end but no one offered me to do so. I’ve only recently started to embrace my curls but I still feel a bit insecure about them. My hair is now a lot shorter and doesn’t look nice when I style them, which makes me upset.

Unfortunately my stylist was having a difficult day and running late so I was asked to arrive 30mins late for my appointment, which I did. I was still waiting 20mins more for her before she was ready to start. Once started, the service was great. But I was late home for visitors arriving and didn’t have any money taken off the price of my cut, which was a little disappointing.

Although I was happy with a junour hair dresser I was so because the website said they were all trained just not qualified yet. However the junour lady I had was friendly enough but seemed super nervous doing my hair. She didn't know how to shape the front of the hair and the cut needed adjusting by a senior member kf staff after. She did the treatment fine but I don'y expect to have my hair done by inexperienced staff for that much money. Especially as the website says that all staff are all trained up.

I love coming to Nuala Morey and every time I've come my hair looks lovely. The hairdressers tend to be friendly and talk me through what they'll do. This time I had a lovely massage but felt that the hairdresser didn't really tell me what she was going to do other than cut it dry first and then wet with some layers. I often have it shaped around my face and although I forgot to mention this the hairdresser didn't do this (actually I realised there's a bit at the front that's slightly longer). I guess it's just about communicating a little better really. I paid quite a bit (£48) for a wet cut so assumed that this meant the hairdresser was senior. Otherwise the massage and hair cut in general was great. It's styled well also and overall i still had a good experience. Thank you.
