I can honestly say I have never had haircuts as good in my 54 years. This is the second visit and on advice from Paula I religiously used the products which have transformed my parched, bleached hair to something totally different. I have nu curls back! Paula is FANTASTIC and I have been so happy since I found you. Thank you.

Such an amazing experience, thank you! It was my 1st visit to your salon today & i definitely wasn’t disappointed. I was made to feel so welcome & relaxed by all the staff, unlike other salons I’ve been to in the past. I was very familiar with the aveda products that were used as I have them at home but was happy to receive advice on how to get the best out of them, especially with how much to use. I will definitely be back & booked my appointment before leaving

very messy booking and rescheduling the appointment twice, even the same day. not much attention paid to haircut, more hairstyling. I had to cut some ends at home. hairs felt very greasy without volume on top. but hairs looked generaly good, very curly and shiny.

Great haircut as always BUT the amount of product used was excessive and I had to rewatch immediately as it was so laden with creams that it looked fully wet.

I've been a loyal customer for over five years but the service has really gone down hill. I had a horrendous experience and the stylist made my hair yellow. I had clearly asked for red natural tones which was all written down on my card. I had to insist on a retone and left the salon with dripping wet hair (they refused to dry it for me) , a colour I hated and £250 poorer. I would normally absolutely have rated this salon but after this experience will not be returning. I messaged the owner to ask them to look in to what happened and haven't even received an acknowledgement or any kind of apology. Save your money and book elsewhere. A shame to see such a previously wonderful salon go downhill so quickly. I wanted to see how my complaint was dealt with before publishing my review, hoping that it would be dealt with properly and avoid them losing my custom. Hugely disappointed with the way I have been treated.
