Everyone is very polite. However I feel if I am spending £120 for a hair appointment the timing should be kept, it was 40 mins late and I was notified 30 mins before arrival. I did not like being asked to have my hair photographed it made me feel like the experience was not to benefit myself and took away from the whole pampering yourself idea. Nuala was constantly distracted by managing other clients while I was there and for that price I expect undivided attention, the hair cut was nice but for that price I expect the customer service to be more individual. I felt like the salon was a bit of a hard sell pitch unfortunately. It is up to you whether you would like to contact me and I am sorry I could not be more complimentary at this time but I had waited 8 months for this appointment and was spending a lot of money and felt disappointed I hope you will see this as constructive feedback I have no desire to write reviews on google etc
