Georgia deserves an award for looking after me each time I have visited! This was my 2nd appointment and I felt more relaxed and probably a bit more adventurous with regards to how my hair needed a reshape/cut! Currently bossing my beautiful mane of hair and looking forward for my next visit at the end of June. I travel all the way down/across from Birmingham to visit this salon even though my city has 2 dedicated 'curl' hair salons. I 100% trust Nuala's team (and Georgia!) in treating the health of my hair and recommend them to all my curly haired friends & family

While I always rate the treatment and staff here, £10 for 5 mins in the chair have my fringe cut seems very steep. I was a bit shocked especially when other salons do fringe trims for free. Would you re consider the charges? I’d have been happy to pay £5 but £10 makes you think twice about a 5 min cut.

I am really happy to hear that you value the service and the staff. We do offer free fringe trims to anyone who returns for a fringe trim within 8 weeks of a previous appointment with us. Some fringe trims may take 5 mins and some 10 mins etc depending on the hair, length, stylist and so on. We can only book out a minimum slot of 15mins for a fringe trim in our diary so it is not cost effective for us to chare a cheaper price. I hope you understand how we work out our pricing structure.
