I was over the moon with the results of my visit to your salon. Tomasz was lovely and did a brilliant job. He was also very knowledgable about curly hair. I will definitely be returning. I was also thrilled to have been featured on your Instagram! My only minor comment would be that the floor of the salon was not that clean - I was the first appointment of the day so I would have expected the floor to be spotless.

Having never had a curly cut before, Nuala's salon was a revelation! Skye has given me a beautiful cut and talked me through how to look after my hair and keep encouraging the curls and avoiding the frizz! Cant recommend highly enough, I really love my hair! Thank you!

I was happy with the experience but not my cut. I did send an email to The salon explaining that I was upset with my cut however I never even got an acknowledgement. My email explained: My hair was long and the ends were very dry and damaged, I had quite a bit cut off which I was fine with as I knew my hair needed it desperately, I had been holding out for the appointment and I hadn’t had my hair cut since December. I told the stylist that I was fine with him taking off whatever he thought needed to be removed, I did say this more than once as he had pointed out that the ends were bad. He said that he wouldn’t cut off as much because he didn’t want me to be too shocked with the length once it curled, I took his advice because I knew I had told him that he could take off whatever was needed and so I assumed he would have cut off what needed to be removed. I am feeling disappointed as my hair still looks like it needs another 3/4 inches cut off the ends. I’ve looked at the other photos on your page (one of the ladies has very similar hair to mine) and I understand everyone’s hair is different but no one else has long bits of hair sticking out from underneath the thicker part of their hair. I have attached a photo of my hair taken from when I got home. I realise I should have said something when I was there but I just believed the stylist knew best and I went on his recommendation. Obviously with the pandemic my appointment was delayed by 5 months and I was so excited to finally get booked in, it was booked as a 30th birthday present and I did a 300 miles round trip to get to my appointment and I now just feel upset that I have got to pay even more money to have my hair cut again so that it looks fuller and to have the ends that are in bad condition still removed.
