The new chairs make it easier to lean back for drying, although some lumbar support is needed because the extended neck position makes your lower back arch.

The salon had a really nice atmosphere. I noticed other customers were dealt with very quickly and welcomed into the salon. It was a very positive experience.

A lovely experience with a very knowledgeable hairdresser. I had a lot of questions which she was able to answer and even though the salon was very busy, my treatment wasn’t rushed in the slightest. I feel I understand my hair and what it needs so much more after this visit.

The salon did not advise that a further patch test before the appointment so I could not have my full appointment the staff were excellent but it was disappointing that the salon did have the administration in place to facilitate my appointment.

Delighted with my visit to the salon today. I had begun to fall out of love with my hair after almost a year without a haircut / colour. I couldn’t be more happy with the results. Paula certainly worked her magic! The service and attention to detail I received today was second to none. Thank you, Paula!
