Definitely feel like the girl on reception could have been a bit more polite, especially at the end of my visit. This will not stop me from visiting again though, as I love the service provided by my stylist.

Came for my daughters birthday - she’s been counting down the days to this and loved her experience. Her stylist was fab. I just wanted to give a bit of feedback about the other aspects of the booking/appointment experience. I own three bridal shops so know that I would want this feedback from a customer. The initial welcome into the salon wasn’t great. The lady on the desk did not appear friendly and wasn’t very smily. This also matched the experience I had calling the salon. I called on Tuesday to check whether we needed to do anything prior to the appointment. I was immediately put on hold and left for several minutes and the phone manner of the staff member was not the best. As the first contact I had with the salon it left me doubting the experience we would get. Thankfully Phoebe enjoyed it so much and loves her hair. Great to see her so happy.

My second visit to the salon today, to see Georgia again. And once again a fantastic experience with Georgia being so warm and welcoming. I am delighted with the results I’ve seen over the last few months and my hair and scalp are in much better condition now than they ever have been. I look forward to my next visit.

Awful! My hair is sticky and crunchy after my stylist used way too much product on it! It has no volume,and when I shake it you can see the white dust flying off it from the excess product. I was charged £226 even though I had a stylist who was new to the salon. I'm not sure why I was charged that much as the receipt I was given doesn't have a breakdown of the total. I also only received one step out of my 3 step olaplex treatment which I only realised once I got home and looked at their pricing on the website trying to figure out why I had to pay so much. Such a rip off, very unhappy.

My first curly cut with George was fantastic. The whole experience was amazing. I have left feeling like a brand new woman and equipped to properly care for my curls. Thanks for a wonderful morning x

Fantastic experience and not just a hair cut. Tomaz cut,washed and styled my hair and his passion and flair stood out to me. Simply wonderful. The only downside, as I travelled to Bristol, was parking. Perhaps some information about local car parks could be provided on the website.
