The appointment was running over and no acknowledgement that I was waiting. Lack of communication due to following the instructions on the email sent about COVID rules to wait in the car or outside and that a call would be relieved which didn’t happen. Once seen good cut, friendly but at times mask by one staff member not on her face and diffuser burnt my ear at one point accidentally, being more careful with this would be good. The seats not the most comfortable nor getting hair washed with neck on the basin. Love my hair though.

My hair stylist was nice enough but there was no chatting and different people working there came over to help dry with no introductions etc. I left with my hair feeling like it had an awful lot of product in it and nothing like the Instagram pictures and videos posted. It was made clear that there was a very high staff turnover which is worrying.

I visited on a Saturday. The staff were friendly but it was very very busy which meant quite a lot of waiting between consult/wash/cut/dry with different stylists for different stages. If you want the undivided attention of your stylist from start to finish then maybe a week day might be better. I'm happy with the cut overall.

A little disappointed this time, felt I was rushed, curls were more ‘ringlets’ rather than the signature’Nuala’ curls I have had on a previous experience. Will try another curl specialist next time.

Haircut was good, no problems but seemed very basic, no offer to style it or finish after blow dry. I’m Not sure it’s worth the price being charged to be honest. No advice re hair care, styling or products. Lovely salon environment though.
