Lovely haircut and complementary neck massage. Salon felt a bit crowded and there is no waiting area. It is expensive but this is understandable given the time it takes to dry and style curly hair. I was offered a drink at start but would have been nice to be offered again given length time you are there. Compared to other salons there is a little way to go in looking after customers, just a few tweaks would make all the difference. Overall a good experience.

The hair brushing of all my knots in my hair was actually very painful. It was quite a rough brushing, not much care given to my comfort. I also believe I’ve been over charged as it was extortionate (£250)? For a colour and cut. I didn’t feel my stylist spent enough time chatting through what I wanted and cut my hair much shorter than I asked or expected.

I booked a treatment following an amazing hair cut experience in your salon last month. My hair was amazing when I left. Since that hair cut, I had my hair curled using straighteners which has damaged the lower part of my hair (it no longer curls). I did email the salon for advice but never heard anything. So I booked a treatment (damage) in the hope id get to speak to someone about what I’d need to do to get my hair curling again. Unfortunately today the person due to deliver my treatment was late and kindly Tilly on reception did the first part of my treatment and the second part as the stylist never showed up. I was never given the chance to explain my concern about my curls and the treatment (was great and my hair feels soft) but evidently it hasn’t done the trick. I really wanted some advice from an expert on what I needed to do to try and get the curls back - or discuss if I needed a further cut. I’ve left feeling grateful that Tilly made the time to deliver my treatment (I know how busy you are and I really want to thank you for your time!) but I could have done with some advice.

I was happy with the experience but not my cut. I did send an email to The salon explaining that I was upset with my cut however I never even got an acknowledgement. My email explained: My hair was long and the ends were very dry and damaged, I had quite a bit cut off which I was fine with as I knew my hair needed it desperately, I had been holding out for the appointment and I hadn’t had my hair cut since December. I told the stylist that I was fine with him taking off whatever he thought needed to be removed, I did say this more than once as he had pointed out that the ends were bad. He said that he wouldn’t cut off as much because he didn’t want me to be too shocked with the length once it curled, I took his advice because I knew I had told him that he could take off whatever was needed and so I assumed he would have cut off what needed to be removed. I am feeling disappointed as my hair still looks like it needs another 3/4 inches cut off the ends. I’ve looked at the other photos on your page (one of the ladies has very similar hair to mine) and I understand everyone’s hair is different but no one else has long bits of hair sticking out from underneath the thicker part of their hair. I have attached a photo of my hair taken from when I got home. I realise I should have said something when I was there but I just believed the stylist knew best and I went on his recommendation. Obviously with the pandemic my appointment was delayed by 5 months and I was so excited to finally get booked in, it was booked as a 30th birthday present and I did a 300 miles round trip to get to my appointment and I now just feel upset that I have got to pay even more money to have my hair cut again so that it looks fuller and to have the ends that are in bad condition still removed.

I was disappointed to not have been informed before my appointment that Gabriella had left and really left with no choice about a new stylist. Colin was very personable and has produced a good cut. He was however very slow and I feel in- experienced. Whilst I am happy to have him cut my hair ( everyone has to gain experience I feel this could have been made clear and reflected in the price of the Cut and blow.

I had a colour and cut booked with Paula at 11:15, I drove from london so made sure I was plenty early. We did a strand test and my hair integrity was not strong enough so opted for a cut and treatment, this was my first ever experience with a curly cut and salon experience. Paula was super lovely and very friendly. Very informative and I hope to book with her again. My only problem is I was passed around to different staff, what was a 10 minute treatment I was left for 40 minutes and the second time I was left for another 30 minutes. I was left half way through drying so the lady doing my hair could attend the reception desk. All in all, I was there until 15:15pm, over 5 hours for a cut and treatment. I did complain to Paula and she gave me 20% off for my cut to which I am very grateful. She was very understanding and kind. I understand the salon is busy, but especially since I traveled 2.3 hours i dont think it was good treatment to have left me waiting for someone for so long multiple times. I felt abit like a hinderance and it wasn’t nice being passed around, and at the end of the day I was losing my tether a tad, as I’m now going to be stuck in rush hour on the m25 lol I really hope my next experience is better as I’m travelling so far , as I loved my hair cut and I have a lot of faith for Paula and her knowledge, she was fantastic and I am very greatful for the time she took to educate me on my hair.
