Everyone was so lovely and was great at explaining exactly what it was they were doing and why they were doing it, so as a way to learn more about how to look after my hair it was brilliant. But they cut in layers, which look really bad - the difference in length between the top layer and the bottom layer is huge, and now I feel so self conscious about my hair when it was something I always took great pride in. I’ve had a great experience here before, so I would still come back and would still recommend, just make sure you really talk through what it is you want and how your hair tends to be when dry, so you don’t end up with something you really hate.

Hey Nuala It was lovely to see you today and apologies if I had to cancel my app with you at 9:00. I'm 1hr away from Bristol so getting an app 2 hrs later worked better for me. Although I mentioned to (Nicky I think is her name) earlier when I came back to pay. That I wasn't very happy with the results however, now that I came back home, I have had a shower and have styled my hair, I'm starting to like the results. I think your member of staff made a reasonable job with regards to the cut (some bits still not sitting properly at the back) and I also think that a bit more practice is needed to style curly hair. Love love the style but just can't justify paying it for a regular cut, although you are all very skilled at what you do so I understand the high costing. Thank you fotna good experience

The overall experience was lovely unfortunately my stylist rang in sick so had a junior do my hair. The colours are lovely but the cut is very uneven and clumpy. It takes a while to settle after a cut and Im gutted that I'm disappointed.

The hairdresser was amazing. Ellie looked after me amazingly and left me comfortable with the whole process. She was knowledgably and the cut was amazing. I just think the colour was a bit too warm but nothing too much. I had a bit of pain while drying the hair but when I tried to approach the member of staff they become defensive (as if I was trying to say they didn´t know what they were doing). It was a small moment. Mostly the environment was good but I felt the environment that goes through Insta is warmer.
