After seeing the curly hair results on social media I made the 2 hour journey to visit the salon. It was definitely worth the effort Drew was amazing and we discussed what I wanted and the colour which would work with my hair. She went through every stage of applying the products so I could get the same results at home. I have done my hair myself since my appointment and it is perfect, I am a very happy client and will definitely be going back

My only comment would be that my appointment was for 3:30pm but my stylist was with another client until approx 4:10. Whilst I would not want anyone to be rushed I do feel this is a bit too long. Ten/fifteen mins fine but… maybe leave a little more time between appointments

I was served by Georgia and Beth who were incredibly wise, so kind in sharing their wisdom about managing curly hair and the differences of grey hair, repeating things without judgement to ensure that I understood everything, and even allowed me to make notes so that I can repeat the wonderful process at home. My only issue is the cost. Despite paying to reserve the spot, after todays appointment and then purchasing 4 hair products todays cost was £175 (not including the deposit) which feels excessive (especially when I then looked at the Advida website and found everything had 20% off). Saying that, I would absolutely return, just not as often as I would like! The care and treatment was second to none, and I felt that the ladies had a broad knowledge of hair care, shapes that fit faces and were real artists. It was a real treat and pleasure to attend, and I will definitely return. Thank you all so much.

The music was a bit loud this visit, which with the dryers made it a bit hard to hear. But service, cut and colour all fabulous!

The service was great and I am pleased with my haircut. This was my first curly cut experience. The complimentary massage was amazing! Such a great touch. Couple of small improvements: the hairdresser forgot to take a 'before photo' which would be useful to have especially that this was my first curly cut and I am early into curly experience. I had to fish for advice which ideally I would like get more freely, but overall the experience was great and I will be definitely coming back. I have heard about the salon from other curlies so the salon has definitely a great reputation!

I have seen the junior stylists before who have done a good job, but I've never left feeling super excited about how it looks when I leave (super tight curls, looads of product) which isn't how I like to wear it. It always felt a little bit 'systemised' and everyone gets the same steps done. This time I came to see Georgia and she gave me good advice (I was unsure whether to lose a lot of length) and also listened more to how I like to wear it - a little looser and textured. I left feeling super happy with both the cut and the style I left with. Will definitely come to see her again.
