I come and see Thomasz every 6 weeks, he’s very professional and brilliant stylists. My appointment with him was moved when he was off sick. But the rebooking only moved my colour with him, not the wash and dry, which is annoying. I don’t understand why you have done that or if it needed to be done, you need to ask, not just rebook it with some else than requested
