Arrived for my appointment at 3.40. App was 3.45. Was assisted downstairs. Asked to put coat back of chair. Had mask on. Then asked to go upstairs. Took coat upstairs. Seen Thomaz sat down on his phone. Wondering why my appointment was for 3.45 when time is now 4p.m. lady came to me to say Hi,she was one cutting my hair. I replied. Dont think so. I asked for Thomaz. He was confused. So was she? Ended up him cutting my hair. Cut more than asked for. Second lady colouring my hair. Didnt put enough foils on to get same look as previous. Lady that previously cut hair has now left. Emigrated. Left my file for new hairdresser. Ame lady coured my hair, washed& dried. Tried to charge for olaplex never had. Finally gave me my £70 deposit bk paid ages ago. Apparently you have to pay this whether you turn up, or dont turn up!! They cash it anyway when you make appointment. They say its cos of no shows. Fine. No problem. Take money if I dont show. Not before you even know!@ Not that great a hairdressers really gor money paid. Takes ages to get through to them. No price list visible in shop. All on line. Seem to take long time deciding how much to charge you once at till. Obvs looking for somewhere else. Recommendations please.

A little disappointed with the service given the cost of an appointment. I was hoping to discuss how to make the best of my hair but this didn’t really happen. I have a real mix of wavy, curly, and straight hair. My stylist didn’t seem to have any advice or recommendations and my hair has been cut in a way that feels difficult to maintain. Such a shame because I was so excited to finally get some guidance on what my hair wants to do and how to work with it.

I had followed the ‘brand’ on Instagram for a good few months and was really impressed with the content and transformations of clients that have travelled from near and far. As special birthday treat I booked an appointment. My expectations were high, especially considering the cost of the service, so expensive! I already have a good curly pattern but I not had a ‘curly cut’ before, so was really looking forward to it as I thought it might enhance my curls. I booked a full set of highlights, root tint, curly cut and finish. I have grey/white roots which I always get tinted, it’s important to me. I had a good inch worth of root showing. Ali ‘creative director’ was my stylist, we briefly discussed cut and colour of the highlights, well when say discussed it was more that she had already decided what I should have. I asked about the root colour but she advised against tinting them. I disagreed but she insisted that it would ’blend’ much better. So I had a dilemma, do I get up and walk out and still be charged anyway or go through with the appointment? I stayed. After the highlights had processed Ali passed me over to Thomasina, a junior to wash my hair. Thomasina was lovely she also dried and finished my hair, I did not pay junior rates though but Ali was clearly busy with another few clients. Hair dried I was sat up in front of the mirror and I really was very underwhelmed with how the front of my hair looked and you could clearly still see my roots. Ali came over to show me the back of my hair, I said it was ok but really nothing special, the colours were pretty. I told Ali how very disappointed I was that my roots were still visible, she said she how you get on?? I’m really not sure what she meant as I already knew how disappointed and upset I felt and there is no way I would go back. I have never come out of a salon with the same roots showing that I went in with. What a total waste of a lot of money. Sadly it seems it’s all about the brand. One to avoid.

When I booked the appointment online I didn't realise I was booking a graduate stylist. The initial page said prices from £97 so thought when I selected any stylist that it was going to be a more experienced stylist for £97. It was only when I arrived for my appointment that I realised my stylist was a graduate and paid for the graduate stylist but would have preferred to pay more for the experience. My stylist was very lovely but don't think she had the experience I was hoping for to provide advice on the best cut for my hair. My stylist only cut my hair whilst dry and then trimmed a few pieces once it was dried but I observed more experience stylists cutting hair whilst dry and then checking through the cut when it was wet to check it was even. I appreciate I booked a curly cut and so the idea is to cut it dry to see the shape etc but I think it could have done with further shaping and graduating whilst wet. To be honest, I'm not very happy with my cut. I agreed to have layers put in but the layers are very short and blunt and stick out and not sure if its longer on 1 side than the other once styled. Since having my hair cut and styled on friday, I've washed my hair twice (today is sunday) to see if I can style my hair but it was easier to style before. My layers are too short and chunky and so I'm contemplating booking an appointment in another salon to just get a normal cut as don't think the curly cut was for me as my hair is more wavy than curly. ITs a shame as I've been looking forward to my appointment in preparation for a holiday

Awful! My hair is sticky and crunchy after my stylist used way too much product on it! It has no volume,and when I shake it you can see the white dust flying off it from the excess product. I was charged £226 even though I had a stylist who was new to the salon. I'm not sure why I was charged that much as the receipt I was given doesn't have a breakdown of the total. I also only received one step out of my 3 step olaplex treatment which I only realised once I got home and looked at their pricing on the website trying to figure out why I had to pay so much. Such a rip off, very unhappy.

I have tried to ring twice to give feedback before coming on here making it public as I thought only fair, however no one has answered my calls. Hopefully therefore this will get through. I had both a full head of highlights and a cut. Firstly, i would like to say that my colour is lovely. It has been very well done, the highlights are natural and the colour looks very lovely, just as I asked for. I have no issues with this. However the cut is pretty awful. It felt rushed, un styled, and not what I asked for from the stylist. I have long hair, and I asked for a rounded bottom, layers putting back in and some shape back into it, as it hadn't been done for quite a while. Unfortunately what I have got is a rather rather cut, lacking a lot of shape, and absolutely NO layers. The lady cutting my hair said "I won't put many layers in as it will make your hair look thin" However this seems to have resulted in no layers whatsoever, and what look when down very clear cut lines, unshaped and something quite basic. I feel I could have got this cut from a student or even asking a friend to follow a YouTube video. I waited for my colour to be washed out and the person thst was going to cut my hair seemed to disappear off for quite a while, and when she came to cut my hair, everything seemed very rushed and no care put in. She did no feathering/cuts at an angle, and the front shaping around my face is clearly not symmetrical. As she was drying, I could clearly tell someone was waiting for her elsewhere to return, so it seems that she was doing multiple people at the same time- no problem if it can be made to work that way, but in fact I felt she needed to hurry mine to get back to someone else who was also waiting. I have resulted in spending a week quite upset and having my hair fastened up as I'm not keen on people seeing what it looks like. I can't wait for it to grow out - I thought I'd leave it a week in case i got used to it or it looked better after a few washes but it hasn't. After 1.5 years and a long time waiting after booking, I was so excited to be finally getting myself treated. Sadly, I don't now feel comfortable and will not be returning ever to this hair salon. It's a shame as I have been previously and was treated well with a fairly nice hair cut. I wish I could have spoken with the team there first and give them a chance to maybe try to improve the cut but I haven't been able to get through to speak to anyone.
