Rich was so kind and really made me feel at ease, he explained everything he was doing thoroughly and gave me some great tips for curly hair that I can’t wait to try at home. I’ve had lots of compliments on my new hair cut and have had several friends either book in or say they want to give the salon a go on their next cut! Everyone at the salon was super friendly, and they made me a lovely cup of tea. Rich took some before and after pictures which I would love to see if possible!

Our stylist was very thorough, maybe though just a bit too harsh. Not really his fault but my daughter is very very sensitive about her hair due to the history of growing it and at one point he said he should cut quite a bit off as it was so dry, which she was horrified about. Her hair did look so much better after, her curls were gorgeous but the downside of them was her hair looked so much shorter which she found very upsetting. As I said this was not his fault and he was aware that she was upset. We will follow his advice and do look forward to coming back again when it needs its next trim.

I have been coming to Nuala Morey for a couple of years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else to have my hair cut. They work some kind of magic, that I can never recreate at home! For curly girls (and boys) there really is nowhere better. The salon is beautiful and the staff are all welcoming and so good at what they do. Georgia in particular is very talented and friendly. A really lovely experience all around, thanks guys!

I have always felt anxious going to the hairdressers on the basis that they’ve never known how to properly care for my curly hair and I’ve walked away with badly cut and damaged hair so many times. My experience with Nuala was the complete opposite. She is so knowledgable and she obviously cares so much about what she does. I trusted her completely and felt for the first time like someone was helping me learn what my hair needed and cared about the outcome as much as I did. I couldn’t recommend Nuala enough and will be doing the five hour round trip to her for all my haircuts and colours from here on in!
