Very pleasant hairdresser but he seemed tired and slightly distracted and kept looking outside. I did receive some good advice but it was really extremely expensive for what was essentially just a trim.

Really difficult to get hold of and had loads of issues with booking appointments and they had to be changed a bunch of times. The site allows you to book with people who don’t work there any more (which is what happened to me) and no one contacts you to tell you that the booking isn’t valid anymore, someone actually turned up to one of these appointments when I was having my hair done and were told that they’re very sorry but she needed to rebook. Really good haircut but I feel like I only had half the stylist’s attention as they were cutting someone else’s hair and didn’t get much advice on my hair type or what to do at home. I was left sitting in my chair for 45 mins before anyone told me that my stylist was running late. Bit disappointed really because I had waited months for the appointment and was super excited about it and had driven 3 hours to be there.

miscommunication about a staff member leaving saw me travel 1.5 hours to be told my appointment was cancelled; a courtesy phone call to reschedule would have been nice! Fortunately I waited around an hour and was squeezed in however I then had to pay more than the price I was intending to / advised pre-appointment on booking because someone (who was great) more senior did the cut instead.

Excellent service by Georgia, very knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent curly cut on my daughters Afro hair. Will definitely be back!

I was expecting a curl by curl cut which I did not get. Hair was cut a lot shorter than requested. Cut did not make my curls better - but has made them less curly.

George was very friendly and was so kind to agree to still keep my appointment even though I was very late (work related emergency!) which I was so grateful for. I am really happy with my cut and she continuously checked in throughout to ask if I was happy and if I wanted more off/different shaping etc. She gave me lots of helpful home-styling tips too. Before I came in I saw her dealing with a disgruntled customer complaining about covid precautions which I was very impressed she handled calmly, professionally and politely in spite of the customer being quite rude to her.
