I really hate my haircut. I cried all the walk home. I’d asked to keep the length, but I wanted my hair to be healthy and the split ends to be removed. Maybe I just didn’t understand how much was going to be cut off but I feel like it was way more than the stylist said it would be. She also suggested that some of the pieces around my face be a little shorter, but I didn’t realise she meant to cut them to my cheekbones. I hate them. I also didn’t feel like we spent enough time chatting in the pre-interview. She cut my hair very quickly, I felt like most of the time I was there was spent having my hair washed or dried. Some people really enjoy the pampering experience, but I just wanted a good hair cut for my curly hair. I felt like I was paying for someone to wash and carefully dry my hair, and try and sell me products.

My first visit to the salon and I made a special effort to arrive just before my appointment time. Sadly my stylist was 45 mins late, which was frustrating but staff offered me a hot drink and shoulder massage whilst I waited. Atmosphere was very informal - staff dressed in a relaxed way, a dog was in the salon and as things became busier there was quite a lot of noise. I had time to notice that the mirrors were smeary, just that I was sat waiting and watching for a long while to notice these things. I was really pleased with my colour and cut, but the experience of the salon wasn't what I was expecting for the price I paid. I think I imagined a larger, slicker and smoother operation, though all staff were friendly and welcoming, and the professional advice and treatment I received was really good, so I’ll return again.

Hi there The salon is looking a bit tired. Very worn floor which you end up looking at when you are getting your hair dried!!!! Best wishes Anna

This is probably my 10th visit and each time I always wish I had been sooner! Really pleased with the haircut and service, i just question what i got more for my money than the extra £40 compared to my previous visit

They did a great job to squeeze me in when the stylist I had originally booked with was unwell. Drew did a fabulous job with my hair and I was so pleased with the result. She gave me great tips and advice for styling and looking after my hair at home.
