Great advice .. great finish tomy hair .. the cut was all I was interested in .. I’m not bothered about leaving the salon with hair full of products .. it’s the cut that is all I am interested in .. so that I can mange it at home etc .. I wanted the front sections of my hair to graduate into the rest .. I didn’t want the hair to be as long in the front as the length ..

I booked a cut and blow dry because that's what I always book when I go to the hairdressers. During the appointment, the hairdresser asked if I wanted a curly cut and when she explained what that was I thought yeah ok if that's what you think is best - go nuts. At no point did she mention that for some insane reason having wavy hair cut costs £24 more than not wavy hair. I was totally blindsided at the till when asked to pay the difference from my £30 deposit, expecting it to be around £20 and being told it was £46. This really should have been mentioned at the start when we discussed it. I've since looked at all the pricing on your website, which admittedly I should have done before booking. But I honestly cannot fathom why you are charging so much more money for just doing the cut and wash in a different order?! Essentially penalizing people with curly or wavy hair which you claim to champion. The service overall was fine but nothing to write home about and definitely not worth £76. The cut is what I asked for and the finish was nice. I just don't understand the pricing and wish I'd been warned a bit better!

Returning customer of Ellie. Salon looking lovely, nice lady took my coat and brought me a yummy hot chocolate. Ellie gave me a nice relaxing neck massage before we started. Also enjoyed the scalp massage during my hair wash. Ellie lets me know what she’s using and why all the way through, explaining the technique etc, she answers any questions and asks if I have any questions. I’ve already booked in my next 3 appointments through spring and summer with Ellie. Highly recommend!

Honestly, I am lost for words!! I cannot thank Georgia enough for what she has done today! To say I’m walking out of the salon and inch taller is an understatement! Thank you for helping my find me again.
