I had a cut/wash/style with Ellie and she did a fab job. Ellie was so attentive and thorough, and gave great advice on what styles and shapes would work well based on what I asked for. I showed a photo of a previous cut I had elsewhere a few years ago and she did an amazing job recreating it - I prefer Ellie's cut in fact, she gave me the confidence to try some baby bangs which I love! Also got some great tips on products to refresh my curly care routine. I arrived with heavy hair, grown out layers and flat curls from using the wrong products. My hair feels so much lighter and healthier now. For the price I am so so chuffed with the amount of care and time Ellie put into my service, will definitely be back :)

Fantastic cut from Paula, can’t praise her highly enough. But she was run off her feet trying to do 3 people at once. I waited half an hour downstairs which felt grim and stuffy and it felt a bit like being in a conveyor belt. Your website is misleading; I thought there would be a chance to eat something as I had missed lunch to get there.

These guys are real experts on curly hair, and I really soaked up all the advice and encouragement I was given about my hair. I wanted to say a massive thank you for that. Some slight things to work on - when you spend £97 on a haircut I do expect to feel very special. Unfortunately my hair stylist was doing someone else's hair at the same time, so it did take the shine away from the appointment. I was left in the chair after having my hair washed for about 10-15 mins without being spoken to, or offered to go back to the main seat where i could read my book. My neck started hurting because I still had my neck back because I didn't know what was happening. - the girls in the salon were so sweet! However during my appointment there were lots of private chats happening leaving me feeling a bit uncomfortable. In other hair salons I enjoy having a chat with people doing my hair. I don't want this to take away the great job that was done. These are just some small points that would elevate the salon experience.

This was first time at this salon but definitely not the last. I had my curly cut with Ellie and she was great, she asked me about my routine, offering advice and showing me techniques to better care for my hair at home. She also recommended me some products that better suit my hair. The end result is excellent, better than I hoped for.

Really lovely experience of haircut and consultation with Drew. First time of being in a salon where everyone had similar hair!
