Kelsey clearly explained what she was doing at every stage and I really appreciated her checking in regularly to make sure I was okay with everything. I had to bring my child with me and the team were really welcoming and made sure he had somewhere to sit.

The team made me feel welcome, and were adaptable to doing an extra treatment on the day which I accidentally didn’t book. They’ve done another great job, I’m really happy with the finished look today! This is the only salon where I leave feeling happy with how my curly hair looks, every other hairdresser I’ve tried I leave with frizzy and messy hair and have to re-wash and style it myself at home. Thank you!

I’d waited three months to get my haircut, not worried about the wait - it was well worth it! There was a mix up with my appointment but Drew stepped in and cut and coloured my hair and she did a brilliant job - so much so, I’ve booked with her again already! The staff at the salon were lovely - Drew Made my day and Laura and Paula were so friendly and helpful. I left the salon feeling thoroughly pampered and full of information about how to care for my hair.. if there was one thing I would have to say that isn’t a negative - but an observation, I was there for most of the day and I didn’t have anything to eat - it would have been nice if someone had maybe asked if I needed anything; because of the original mix up, my appointment was probably twice as long as it should have been (I’m not complaining - I was really relaxed!) but by the end of the appointment I was feeling pleased with my hair but a little dizzy from not eating 🤦‍♀️
