My hair looks great and I'm so glad I booked and got the lovely hairdresser I got. A couple of things could be improved... the amount of hair on the floor wasn't nice, like a kind of hair carpet. Also there seemed to be staff appraisals going on downstairs which detracted from the customer experience. My hair however looks fab and I have rebooked. My hairdresser listened to what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions. I couldn't praise the hairdressers more highly.

Thank you Georgia, Ali and Thomasina for a great curly cut, colour and blow dry. I’m a regular and this time was the best overall experience and finished result. Very happy.

It was a shame that there was a dog in the salon that barked quite frequently. I have very little ‘me’ time and would have appreciated a calmer environment.

Todays visit was very relaxing, as it usually is. I like the way the stylists in the salon really take time and discuss how they think things will "work" They make suggestions but always listen to the customer. The standard of work is very high and customers leaving the salon always look good!

Only complaint was that upon arrival I had to sit and wait 45 minutes for my hair stylist who had not finished doing someone else's hair, which then made me very late for my evening plans. I don't mind waiting for 20 minutes or so, but 45 was too long. Also, the stylist cut a little bit more off than i wanted

While it’s great, it’s too expensive for me so likely to need to find somewhere new.
