The treatment and information sharing from my hair stylist was very good. They had such good knowledge and made me feel comfortable in asking questions. It was definately the best hair cut I’ve ever had and I’m thrilled with what it looks like. It was also so nice to have the back and neck massage, the drink upon arrival and the cut, wash and dry techniques. You really feel like the staff are taking their time in doing your hair and making it a nice experience. The only comments I would write for improvement would be to give the salon a bit of a make over in terms of look and ensure that nice calming music is playing, so that it fits in with the experience.

I had a long wait as someone from the salon had phoned and asked me to bring my appointment forward by an hour but when I got there no one was aware so I had to sit for an hour and wait for my stylist. She was great though and my rating is solely based on the wait not the stylist

Genuinely surprised and pleased about going back to curly after a long time of being wavy! Really great advice about how to re- do it and so refreshing not to have my hair straightened and then curled by experienced stylists. Will be back!

Really lovely service and really nice people! I didn’t get much advice for maintenance but I’m quite shy so I understand I should have asked. I think there should be a bit more clarification regarding prices in the shop though; when I said I didn’t mind who cut my hair I was expecting to get a trainee rather than a professional and therefore the £62 I paid wasn’t justified in my opinion, but again I could have asked beforehand. Overall it was a very nice atmosphere (with a lovely smelling diffuser) and I would probably go back after a slightly lengthier email chain asking a lot more questions! Thank you for the haircut :)

I’m usually nervous about haircuts but George put me at ease. She obviously knew exactly what she was doing and felt I could trust her with her calm demeanour. She also educated me about what products I should be using and how to use them. I am happy with my haircut, the first result was a little over styled for me but it was fun to see what it’d look like if I went for it! I did struggle with the harsh lighting in the salon, being a migraine sufferer I did leave with a severe headache. The positions I had to take with my neck crooked on the chair were also a contributing factor to the headache. I was perhaps a little too tall for the washing basin to sit comfortably. Only critical comments, it won’t stop me from coming again but I will have to bring sunglasses and paracetamol! Thanks, Hannah
