My hair stylist was nice enough but there was no chatting and different people working there came over to help dry with no introductions etc. I left with my hair feeling like it had an awful lot of product in it and nothing like the Instagram pictures and videos posted. It was made clear that there was a very high staff turnover which is worrying.

The appointment was running over and no acknowledgement that I was waiting. Lack of communication due to following the instructions on the email sent about COVID rules to wait in the car or outside and that a call would be relieved which didn’t happen. Once seen good cut, friendly but at times mask by one staff member not on her face and diffuser burnt my ear at one point accidentally, being more careful with this would be good. The seats not the most comfortable nor getting hair washed with neck on the basin. Love my hair though.

The salon did not advise that a further patch test before the appointment so I could not have my full appointment the staff were excellent but it was disappointing that the salon did have the administration in place to facilitate my appointment.

There was a lot of waiting for the stylist to return to continue with my cut/colour due to the stylists attending to multiple clients. Downstairs was really cold.

Generally a welcoming salon, reception was organised and efficient and my hairdresser was welcoming and friendly. My back did get quite wet during the washing stage which made me a bit cold by the end of my appointment. There was also a child running around screaming, I know this is probably a very difficult situation to deal with especially when the mum doesn’t do anything. But it made the experience not so relaxing. My blow dry looks fab however!

This was my 3rd visit to the salon. Previously the experience was fantastic. Yesterday I was disappointed. My cut is great & the stylist was friendly & professional. However I arrived on time but then had to wait over half an hour on my own downstairs whilst the stylist finished off drying another client. I wasn’t offered a drink (not even water! Which I know is all you’re able to offer atm). No one came to see me to reassure me it wouldn’t be much longer. Finally the stylist arrived. She was apologetic but even then I had to ask for a drink of water! The experience from then on was good. I hate complaining but I really though this needed to be expressed! Thank you for fab haircut. Customer service not so great.
