I thought the staff were very professional, especially the lovely lady with the purple hair who greeted me and gave me a neck massage. The lady who did my hair wasn’t very chatty but she was friendly enough. Unfortunately I wasn’t happy with the end result of my hair. I was so excited and spoke with the lady doing my hair and explained i wanted to keep as much length as possible, I was willing to cut my hair just above my shoulders. I left the salon with hair at my ears and it has crushed my confidence. My curls look nice but it just wasn’t what I asked for at all. I’m upset that i’ve spent £75 and not happy with the result and It will take more or less a year to grow my hair to its past length.

Been told I was booked in with Georgia but actually given someone else when arrived. Wasn’t as pleased with the quality of service this time. Appreciate that it is busy at the moment but would have been nice to be told in advance. Cut lovely, but did feel that I was being listened to fully. The end result was not what I was expecting and dried differently to how had been done before. Hair did not look as good as previous visits.

I found this Salon on Instagram and instantly got excited as I had never had a proper curly haircut. Prices were high but so were my expectations. I booked a “fine hair cut and style with anyone”. I know my hair is very fine and almost have no quantity of it but I got a haircut that wasn’t actually what I asked for. My hair was cut (by me, years ago) in a straight way and I wanted a more rounder style to create the ilusión of more volume. When I saw the final result I wasn’t very surprised but I’m that kind of person that doesn’t know how to tell a hairdresser that they don’t like the job they did, so I left the salon having said to them I like it. When I got home and I took a photo from the back, I saw that the cut was nothing like what I wanted. It looks straight from the sides then ends pointy… something weird. Maybe it was just how the hair was sitting, I don’t know. I blame myself for not saying the truth while I was there but having paid such a high amount, I wish I’d like how the cut turned out. Don’t do like me and speak out if you do not like the result you got.

I can’t fault my stylist as I’m delighted both with the cut and colour. On this visit, however, I didn’t feel the service / atmosphere lived up to the price tag.

I have difficult mix of wave patterns and needed advice how to style it, so really wanted help from a curly specialist. The overall cut and colour was ok but was not styled well and I left feeling like it looked a bit ridiculous and I was deflated. Products didnt suit my hair-left my hair feeling dry and sticky, by the end of the day waves had dropped and the back was a birds nest! I think they get good results if you want highlights and styled super curly, anything else and maybe they struggle. Was expensive for the overall experience.
