I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Nuala's salon. The smell of the products when I first walked through the door was amazing!! I was warmly greeted, shown to my seat and offered refreshments. Paula then introduced herself and we went through my requirements and she really listened to exactly what I wanted. She then wrote down our conversation so it was clearly recorded. She then got to work on my hair. Paula really was brilliant, complemented on how good condition my hair was in, went through EVERYTHING she was doing to my hair from the cut, wash, products used, application, styling and drying and lots of tips and tricks. I was very very happy with the cut. I travelled an hour to get there and it was worth every mile!! My only bit of feedback would be advising us on how long to leave it for the next cut and get the appointment booked in before we leave. :) Thank you for such a fantastic experience and making something I usually find stressful so easy.
