Felt so relaxed with the whole experience. Everyone was so nice and Paula a star. She was so detailed in giving me tips on how to improve my hair care routine. My hair cut was absolutely stunning and I'm so pleased with how it looks and how easy to maintain it will be. Also, felt so safe and comfortable with the covid safe measures in place. Thank you 😊

The stylist, service and general ambiance was top notch, couldn’t fault it. My only criticism was the front desk. They were obviously distracted and made me uncomfortable, to be fair, it was very busy and perhaps I caught them at a bad time. Other than that, the cut, service and standard of service was excellent and I was really, really happy.
