Overall it was a great experience. My only other feedback would be around pricing. I had a dry cut without the styling/drying at the end but it was the same price as if I'd had the styling done. I think cuts should be cheaper if they are just a dry cut. This also makes it more accessible for folks on lower incomes and from marginalised groups. It would be nice to see a sliding scale payment system for those groups from lower incomes and/or marginalised backgrounds as everyone should be able to access a haircut.
