Every time I go into Octopus, I am never disappointed. Dana and her team make you feel so special. Eli did my colour today and Lula cut it and, it is amazing. Over the time I have been going to Octopus, my hair has been done by Lauren, Courtney and Imogen. It really doesn’t matter who you see, they are all equally as good. You don’t ever have to worry that you are not being ‘heard’, they are always there to listen to what you want to do to with your hair. You can really feel the family vibe in there and nothing is too much trouble. I had a hand operation in May and I was unable to wash or dry my own hair for a month and Dana let me have a monthly wash and style offer that she does sometimes, even though it wasn’t on at that time. That is the extra mile this salon goes for you. If you want to go somewhere that all the staff excel in what they do, listen to what you want and, provide excellent results….go to Octopus. I can’t recommend enough. Also, thank you to Emily for the constant supply of coffee and beautiful hair washes.
