The experience was fantastic start to finish! I had a telephone conversation earlier in the day to book my appointment, with Molly, who was efficient and helpful. My appointment was booked for later that day, for a cut and skin test. I had been recommended Octopus by a friend. I was greeted by friendly staff who immediately offered me a drink with little touches like biscuits and malteasers. Aimee asked me for what I wanted, and i have never felt more listened to st a salon, she understood completely what I wanted and recommended products to help with extra volume for my hair. Molly did a fantastic job at washing my hair, using products for volume and the most amazing head massage! Aimee then cut and styled my hair beautifully, listening to exactly the style I wanted. I am extremely happy with my experience and all for fifty percent off as a friend recommended me. I had the skin test and am excited to go back next week to have my colour done by Aimee! Thank you!
