As always, Lauren seems to know exactly what I want with my hair regarding colour. She always get it just right. She is just lovely, chatty, kind and funny. Octopus are not like any salon I have been to before, they are very much like a family rather than just co-workers and that shines through when you go there. I would highly recommend them, and do.
