Honestly - the team here are fabulous; it's like an extended family (who you only see a few times a year!). I'm always made to feel welcome and treated like a VIP while I'm there, whether it's Kylie (my awesome stylist) or one of the wider team. I can't recommend the salon enough - if like me, you've had interesting experiences with other salons over the years then book into Octopus, and let them change your mind (like they did me!). K

I took my mum for a haircut today and as usual she really enjoyed it. She hasn't been too good for a couple of weeks and Lauren was so kind to her. Dana popped over and complimented on mum's hair. You don't realise how that made her feel. When we got in the car she said "all of those girls are so lovely and I like it in there,it's a nice atmosphere " Thankyou.x

Octopus is simply the best hairdressers I have ever been to. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming and Dana is an excellent hairdresser who is always pleased to come up with new ideas and will let you know if she does not think a colour or style will suit you. Dana has a client centred approach and remembers things from previous appointments, you really feel she cares for you and always leave the salon happier and more relaxed than you went in.
