I love coming to Octopus for my hair appointments, all of the staff and friendly and welcoming which makes the experience even better. To boot, I've never left unhappy with my hair which of course is the point of going. Specifically, Eli is just the best! I'm super indecisive and love that I can just ping some vague ideas about then leave her to it, and I'm never disappointed with the results.

Octopus hair has changed it's environment so much which now feels empty & bare ~ I totally understand the covid restrictions but feels they have wiped out the character of the place. The staff are great & very helpful & my overall experience good,will definitely be going again & hopefully it will feel a bit more inviting.
