I received a lovely warm welcome on arrival. It was my first visit so wasn't sure what to expect - I wasn't disappointed. I was shown to my chair and offered a drink. Imogen ran through what I wanted to achieve, and how she could do that for me, giving suggestions along the way. I was so pleased with the end result. Thank you x

Courtney was great. Recommended colour and treatment. Gave a fantastic head massage. Hair looks lovely. Chatty and friendly . Offered coffees and water. Lovely experience.

Awesome as always, a big birthday for me and the Octopus Team did a brilliant job of making it special from start to finish. Wash cut colour and finish by Kylie as fantastic as always and everyone lovely, warm and friendly. A fabulous card and gift from the team and I left the salon looking and feeling marvellous. A great start to my birthday celebrations. Thank you ladies, you are the best.
