First time out since Lockdown, since February infact to a place of Business and it was an amazing awesome experience. I felt really welcome and safe as this was my first time at Octopus. Kylie knew exactly what to do after speaking to her and I wasnt there long, she was so professional, the nerves just disappeared. My hair looks and feels luxurious, I felt really good walking out of the Salon. Everyone was wonderful, I booked another appointment for August and the prices are really affordable so I am super happy. Thanks so much to all at Octopus, if you are looking to have your fair done I highly recommend to try Octopus :) x

A great team at Octopus, from the start of lockdown Dana and her team have reached out to their clients and provided online tutorials to help with those not so great hair days. Uploaded videos to keep us connected. I love my new hair colour, great advice from my consultant who listened to what I wanted. The salon is spotless and all safety measures are in place. Felt very safe and the next appointment is in the diary.

I have visited a few different salons over the years and my mum has always said that I will know when I have found the one that is 'for me' I think you have just got to feel so comfortable and know that when you leave you will be so happy with your hair, a few that I have been to have felt abit clicky or have just not listened to what I wanted and seemed to have done just what they had time for or whatever. As soon as I walked into Octopus i knew it was perfect for me, the girls are all so lovely and friendly and really listen to every detail of what you want and give some great advice (if you want it) just so easy to talk to. My hair feels and looks amazing and I feel like every one of the girls love their job and know exactly what they are doing. Even though we had to wear face coverings ect i still felt so comfortable and the atmosphere was still lovely. Thank you so much! See you in 9 weeks!
