What a brilliant experience I had today, I have a medium length bob, which, as well cut/shaped as it is I have this desire for change. So, today Dana took the time to show me how to use my straighteners to curl my hair so that I can have more of a tousled look which completely changed the way my hair usually looks. Dana only talked me through the process so that I feel enabled to do this for myself on another occasion, but she gave excellent tuition and it turned out really well. I left a very happy customer, thanks Dana.

Today my appointment was more special than usual......I arrived with straight hair and left with curly, party hair! Dana was so lovely, because I was quite nervous about trying something different and she reassured me that if I didn't like it she would return me to my usual style. However, she needn't have worried because I loved it! Thank you Dana for giving me the right amount of encouragement to try something different.
