Kylie fitted me in at short notice after I mistakenly got my appointment time wrong. Kylie has done a great job of colouring and cutting my hair and now I have to choose who to book with next time! Eek!!

Lovely, lovely hair cut, I'm very pleased with the outcome, thank you Amy. Octopus is always so welcoming and easy to be there.....they even brought me a tray of tea whilst I waited for the rain to stop before walking back to my car. many thanks Molly. It's just an 'age' thing I guess but I didn't like the music that was being played.....but hey....how small an issue is that in the overall experience!! I had a lovely relaxing hair wash and head massage, and the haircut itself is superb......and that's what is important. Octopus is always a very high and consistent standard of service and skills of the stylists. See you in a few weeks, many thanks.

Kylie is brilliant!! Really takes her time to make sure my colour is perfect. The girl who helped was lovely too, very chatty and friendly.
