Very attentive staff who always remember you, and SMILE on entry, making you WELCOME. They LISTEN to what you want/feel you may want and then gently ADVISE on best colour/treatment. Gallons of coffee or tea readily provided. The cut always makes my hair manageable - crucial to me as I am always in a hurry! I wouldn't hesitate to and already have recommended Octopus to several friends.

Had my first appointment at the salon today after being recommended. I have booked my next two appointments in. I had Aimee. She has done exactly what I asked for on colour and cut. Gave good advice and made me feel very relaxed and welcome. Only a few staff were in, but everyone was very friendly. Thank you Aimee so much, I am so happy. See you next time.
