I have been going to Octopus for 12 years. I go for the welcome and the advise. Top notch. I would say that the salon prices versus the environment are quite high including the location. Overall I keep returning as booking appointment is so easy and nothing is too much trouble and the quality of service is excellent too. The team are the best ever, so friendly and have a good sense of humour too. I totally trust the expertise and on the odd occasion my hair hasn’t been to the result I have wanted, all has been fixed free of charge and more to the point, super quickly. Great place ❤️
