the air con is often too high & can leave you sitting in a draft

Thank you for bringing that to our attention, It is a tricky one as everyone has a different temperature they are comfortable with...some clients ask to sit right under it. Next time you are in ask your stylist if you can sit near the colour bar as that is furthest away so you shouldn't feel a draft. Thanks again see you soon x

Lovely salon, friendly and knowledgable staff who really listened to what I wanted, excellent customer service- was well looked after with drinks. Lovely coffee!! Just slightly overpriced compared to my previous salon. Will come again!

Dana is fantastic . Her colour advice and styling is first class . In my opinion I don't think the environment in St James is that great but don't judge Octopus on the surrounds . A really fantastic hair stylist that always leaves you happy . Thanks Dana, Su 😍
