Absolutely love all the ladies at Octupus, I have been very ill recently and look a bit of a state but when I went to my appt I didn't feel nervous, judged, stared at or anything, I was made to feel completely comfortable. I've been going to Lauren for a good few years now and I LOVE the fact she helps me and advises me when I'm not 100% sure what I want, she is lovely, as is the owner too. I will never go to another hairdresser now, Lauren's the best one I've ever had.

The massage chairs whilst having your hair washed are a brilliant idea and it feels like you are being spoiled. Aimee did a restyle on my hair discussing what I wanted and looking at pictures I showed her. I came out with exactly what I asked, for always a big plus for me, and was I really pleased with my cut and style. The staff are all friendly and chatty checking that was happy every step of the way. Thank you for a great experience ladies!
