Very happy customer today...lovely hair cut! What I noticed today....more than ever....Octopus is a salon for all ages, both sexes, all styles....and everyone looked comfortable and seemed to be enjoying their experience.......music on, plenty of current magazines to while away the time and plenty of happy chatting. Lauren is a fantastic hair dresser. I have always been quite fussy with how I like my hair doing but Lauren gets it right every time which is why I followed her to Octopus when she changed salons. Saying this, octopus as a whole is the best salon I have ever visited. Everyone is really welcoming and takes a genuine interest in you even if you are not their client. The atmosphere is warm, friendly and overall fantastic. 5/5 for Lauren and 5/5 for octopus :-)

thrilled to bits with my colour, it's just as requested, cut is fab too, nice to be listened to, great that you were cautious to check again before chopping length, as yes I had changed my mind after 1/2 hr! and you advised as to what will suit lifestyle, thanks Lauren, hopefully it will look like this after next wash with not too much effort, wasn't too sure on the feel of the airy mousse product but it looks fab, new women I am, kids and Hubby like too:-) see you soon x
