I have been going to Octopus for 12 years. I go for the welcome and the advise. Top notch. I would say that the salon prices versus the environment are quite high including the location. Overall I keep returning as booking appointment is so easy and nothing is too much trouble and the quality of service is excellent too. The team are the best ever, so friendly and have a good sense of humour too. I totally trust the expertise and on the odd occasion my hair hasn’t been to the result I have wanted, all has been fixed free of charge and more to the point, super quickly. Great place ❤️

A really good experience all round. The hairdressers are all lovely, the service can’t be faulted and my hair looks better than ever. Lauren really knows her stuff and I felt confident in her abilities from consultation to appointment. The referral system is excellent value, I will be sending all my friends and family along! Very happy I found the salon... xxx
