Lauren is a fantastic hair dresser. I have always been quite fussy with how I like my hair doing but Lauren gets it right every time which is why I followed her to Octopus when she changed salons. Saying this, octopus as a whole is the best salon I have ever visited. Everyone is really welcoming and takes a genuine interest in you even if you are not their client. The atmosphere is warm, friendly and overall fantastic. 5/5 for Lauren and 5/5 for octopus :-)
