I love Open. I’ve been coming for about 3 years and can honestly say I’ve not had anything other than a great hair cut and colour and a fun time in the salon. I love the fact that I can book with any stylist and know that I will walk out with a cut that I love. The team are knowledgeable and dedicated, no rush jobs here. My colourist Tom is the best - he works miracles. I don’t hesitate to recommend Open to anyone!

I have been a customer at Open Hairdressing for 3 years and can't rate them high enough. The ambiance and staff are wonderful. Always very friendly and professional. The music and refreshments are great too! I have always used the same hairdresser (Charlie - she is a legend!) and color technician (Antonia - just the best!) but today I managed to get a cancellation appointment. I was delighted with having Lucy doing my color and Elliot cutting my hair. They were both super professional and new exactly what I wanted. I would so recommend them alongside Charlie and Antonia.

I have been going to Open Hairdressers in Berkhamsted since it opened, what a great place, lovely people and very welcoming . All of which cut and colour at a very high standard, great amostphere and very lovely people!! I would highly recommend each and everyone of them on cutting and colouring....
