There is honestly no other way to describe vickys work other than a miracle! I visited options on the 5th October 2024 feeling very deflated and run down not sure how to save my hair and not sure it was even salvageable! It was dry, tatty and tired and had banding from previous highlights but after a few hours Vicky had my hair looking the best I’ve ever seen it! Nothing short of a perfectionist she made sure I left beaming with confidence! I’m so grateful to everyone at options for bringing my smile back! You’re all amazing! I will NEVER go anywhere else for my hair doing again! This is the first time in my 33 years that I’ve left a salon 1000% happy and then some! I’ve had no end of compliments and people wanting to know where I went and who did my hair! I couldn’t recommend them more! Thank you all again and a special thanks to Vicky you went above and beyond to give me more than I asked for! Amazing value for money and worth every last penny!!!
