Lucy was very knowledgeable and willing to advise me on colouring and style of my hair. She was polite and friendly throughout. The junior, I don't know her name, was polite and professional when she made me 2 coffees and washed my hair. She gave me a head massage, which was so relaxing. After choosing the products to use, she checked with Lucy to make sure it was appropriate. I felt very confident that staff knew what they were doing and made it a very good and pleasant experience for me. I went home with a different style and coloured hair, which I was very pleased with, pity nobody at home noticed
