Got an appointment on the day. Gemna looked after me. I wanted a new look. After talking things over and checking my hair as to how it would lie before a cut she came up with a recommendation which we went for. Very pleased with the results.

I have visited lots of hair salons over the years, some were poor some were mediocre, but i am pleased to say that my search is now over, after first visiting options a couple of years ago, I have now found someone who does my hair exactly how I want it, Natalie is great, I visit every 6 weeks, and I’m never disappointed with the results. The salon is always immaculately clean, and very welcoming, I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

My experience of Options Hair Salon at Rothwell today was great as always, with nothing ever seeming to be too much trouble. That's why I've gone there for many years now and would never think of changing. Everyone was very friendly, and Michelle who cut my hair today was no exception. She was standing in for Jo my regular stylist and did a great job. I'd happily recommend her. Jo is an excellent stylist and has looked after me for some time now. I'd be happy to recommend her too, to anyone thinking of giving the salon a try. And I'd happily recommend Options in Rothwell as a great salon, which is really well run by a dedicated team of kind, caring and skilled staff.

Very daunting using a new hairdresser after 20 or more years having just moved to the area. My hairdresser (M) was lovely I felt I was listened to regarding my haircut and was very happy with the outcome. Looking forward to my next appointment and a new colour. Thank you.

Lucy is so approachable. She listened carefully to what I wanted and then advised me on what was achievable and provided a great, professional service. I left the salon so pleased with my cut. Thank you Lucy!
