Moved to coming here after using the same hairdresser for over 20 years, been coming to see Courtney for over a year now, always been made to feel comfortable, friendly salon, excellent service, would definitely recommend!

I have been going to Options for very long time, and I have always had positive experience and the saloon as been clean and tidy and the staff is always friendly and professional and the prices are good value for money.

My first time at options and I saw James who was absolutely lovely, incredibly knowledgable and very professional. My consultation was very in depth and he explained how products would work on my hair and the best approach to colouring my dark roots blonde— I was very very impressed that throughout the appointment he was explaining what was happening and at no point was I sat there wondering what was on my head and what it was doing. He passed me onto a really lovely young lady who toned and washed my hair and he kept checking in on my hair and keeping me in the loop. When I booked my appointment too, all the staff were so incredibly professional. Jean booked me in and she was very friendly. Overall the customer service was top notch, the environment was comfortable, there were very efficient (I wasn’t sat there 4, 5 hrs uncomfortably) and the results were great- my hair looked lovely. I felt the whole experience was tailor made to my needs. The cost is what I would describe as a little pricey— I have paid more for similar results and I have paid less for similar results truthfully— but they got me in quickly, I wasn’t there all day and the staff are great too so I don’t mind too much at paying a little more.

The salon is always clean , the managers are lovely aa is the staff, make you feel welcome. They are professional yet friendly. They accom8date whenever they can to make it work for you. This is the place you want to come to get pampered, feel and look good when you leave. Ladies and gent ie James keep doing what you are doing as you are all fabulous 👌
