Normally i would give this place a 5 star rating on everything but I had a less experienced hairdresser today who completely missed out one stage of my treatment despite me reminding him. Hence a few lower stars. My hair should have been washed at the start of the keratin treatment to remove the products like serum, dry powder shampoo etc and it was not and I felt that at the end of the treatment my hair still felt dirty as a result. This is a shame as the staff are lovely and the hairdresser was pleasant too but perhaps he should have washed it when I reminded him as normally for this treatment a wash is always done first. I do not have any other complaints though and I am guessing this mistake occurred as he was relatively new and possibly inexperienced with this treatment.
