I have been going to the Profiles Salon since 2020. I always come away from my appointment feeling very pleased with the result of that appointment. Emily listens to what customers have to say about how they feel their hair has 'behaved' since the last appointment and if there should be a negative area she will talk it through and suggest a remedy. Emily has a lovely personality and makes the customer 'feel relaxed'. She is always cheerful and gives each customer a warm welcome to her salon upon arrival.
