I have been going to the Profiles Salon since 2020. I always come away from my appointment feeling very pleased with the result of that appointment. Emily listens to what customers have to say about how they feel their hair has 'behaved' since the last appointment and if there should be a negative area she will talk it through and suggest a remedy. Emily has a lovely personality and makes the customer 'feel relaxed'. She is always cheerful and gives each customer a warm welcome to her salon upon arrival.

Love how my hair looks after being coloured and cut by you, and what a treat to pop in for a last minute booking for a blow dry…. and it ends up looking this curly 24hrs later (& will continue to be until washed!). THANK YOU so much x

Emily is an absolute pro, she definitely knows hair. She has immense knowledge and experience. Always a warm, friendly welcome, lots of laughs and I leave with feeling 💯 with great hair. If you have not been to see Emily, you are missing out.
